INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING

Process design, automation support and integration with existing production lines — from a single cell modification to full‑line layout redesign.

01  /  DESCRIPTION

WHAT THIS ACTUALLY MEANS.

Industrial engineering covers the thinking that happens before the steel arrives. Layout studies, cycle‑time analysis, automation scoping and integration planning with existing lines.

We work as an independent partner to the client — not as a sales arm of any OEM. Our recommendations are written against the client's actual site constraints, not against a pre‑selected product catalogue.

Typical deliverables: layout drawings, cycle‑time models, specification documents, tender packs and technical due diligence on OEM proposals.

02  /  SUBSYSTEMS

FOUR WAYS WE DELIVER IT.

IE‑04.1

Process Design

Layout, flow, cycle‑time and throughput modelling for new or modified production lines.

IE‑04.2

Automation Scoping

Specification and tender support for robotics, conveyor and packaging automation.

IE‑04.3

Line Integration

Integration of new cells or sub‑systems with existing lines. Interfaces, cycle matching, safety.

IE‑04.4

Technical Due Diligence

Independent review of OEM proposals, timelines and quoted performance.

// STATEMENT 00

We do not sell promises. We commission lines — and we leave when they run.
