PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Scoping, site coordination and delivery for multi‑contractor industrial projects. A named project manager owns the timeline, the change‑orders and the commissioning walk‑off.

01  /  DESCRIPTION

WHAT THIS ACTUALLY MEANS.

We manage industrial projects end‑to‑end — from the first scoping call through to the handover document signed at commissioning. Our project managers are engineers first, PMs second.

Where it matters, we work alongside the client's own PMO or the integrator's site team. Where it's needed, we take full delivery responsibility as a specialist prime contractor.

Every project runs on weekly written progress reports, a live RAID log and a change‑order process you see in writing before it hits the invoice.

02  /  SUBSYSTEMS

FOUR WAYS WE DELIVER IT.

PM‑03.1

Scoping

Read the drawings, walk the site, write back the scope. Fixed timeline, fixed margin, no surprises.

PM‑03.2

Site Coordination

Daily coordination with other contractors, the site manager and the client. Written reports.

PM‑03.3

Change Control

Every change in scope goes through a written change‑order before work starts. No verbal commitments.

PM‑03.4

Commissioning & Handover

Hot commissioning, punch‑list closure, documentation pack and signed handover.

// STATEMENT 00

We do not sell promises. We commission lines — and we leave when they run.
