Mechanical assembly and electrical installation for a sortation line extension at Amazon's DE5 logistics centre in Erfurt.
Amazon DE5 required a capacity expansion of its existing parcel sortation line during a live operational window. The extension added roughly 380 m of new conveyor, a cross‑belt sorter module and the associated electrical infrastructure.
Our scope combined MA‑01 (mechanical assembly) and EL‑02 (electrical installation) into a single delivery led by a named site supervisor. The crew worked primarily during night and weekend windows to avoid impacting live sortation operations.
The full scope was delivered on schedule, commissioned alongside the OEM's controls team and handed over with a complete as‑built documentation pack.
380 m of roller and belt conveyor — frames, rollers, drives, guarding.
Cross‑belt sorter assembly, alignment and drive commissioning.
Full cable management infrastructure — tray, trunking, power and signal cable.
Field device wiring, safety circuits, controls handover to OEM.
Line extension commissioned on schedule with zero impact on parallel sortation operations.
We do not sell promises. We commission lines — and we leave when they run.
