Mechanical assembly and project management support for a body‑shop assembly line revamp at Volkswagen's Wolfsburg plant.
Volkswagen Wolfsburg contracted industria.sk as a specialist mechanical subcontractor on a significant body‑shop line revamp. The scope required controlled tear‑out of legacy assembly cells and the installation of new automated welding and handling equipment.
Our supervisor coordinated with Volkswagen's internal engineering team, the OEM integrator and several other specialist contractors. Weekly written reports and a live RAID log were maintained across all parties.
The revamp was completed inside the planned production‑shutdown window — a hard constraint on any Wolfsburg line work.
Controlled de‑installation of legacy assembly cells. Salvage and disposal coordination.
Mechanical assembly of new welding and handling cells to OEM drawings.
Integration of new cells with existing plant conveyor system.
Multi‑contractor coordination on behalf of client. Daily reports, weekly reviews.
Revamp completed within planned shutdown window. Line returned to production on day one of restart.
We do not sell promises. We commission lines — and we leave when they run.
