WHAT WE DID.

Volkswagen Wolfsburg contracted industria.sk as a specialist mechanical subcontractor on a significant body‑shop line revamp. The scope required controlled tear‑out of legacy assembly cells and the installation of new automated welding and handling equipment.

Our supervisor coordinated with Volkswagen's internal engineering team, the OEM integrator and several other specialist contractors. Weekly written reports and a live RAID log were maintained across all parties.

The revamp was completed inside the planned production‑shutdown window — a hard constraint on any Wolfsburg line work.
