Mechanical assembly is our core discipline. Our crews build conveyor frames, sortation modules, roller beds and assembly lines on sites ranging from Amazon logistics centres to Volkswagen factories.
Every engagement is led by a named site supervisor who speaks English and German. We work from the integrator's drawings, coordinate with the site manager daily, and stay through hot‑commissioning.
Our crews typically mobilise within 10 working days of a signed brief. For large revamps we can scale up to 30+ fitters with tooling and PPE already on site.
Greenfield mechanical assembly — from steel frame erection to roller beds, drives and guarding.
Controlled tear‑out and re‑installation of legacy lines. Minimal production downtime.
Cold and hot commissioning. Alignment, belt tensioning, drive verification, safety interlocks.
Embedded mechanical support during ramp‑up. Spare parts, fault‑finding, minor modifications.
